Castellblanc is a white blend of Chardonnay 50%, Istrian Malvasia 30% and Sauvignon Blanc 20%. Select barrels of each individual variety are combined in perfect proportion. The wine is recognized by its lemony yellow color, creamy full body, intense and long-lasting flavors of citrus, fresh apple, lemon cream, vanilla and sweet spices. Enjoy chilled to 50-54F with white meat, fish or seafood dishes.
